Shared reading can be carried out every where as long as the place is comfortable and suitable for story telling session . It can be done inside or outside the classroom depending on the teacher students agreement .

I love this activity . I'm using TPR ( Total Physical Approach ) in this story . Students are guided to make some physical actions to describe every scene that they come across in the story . They will tell the story aloud in the group with action . I'm using the story of
WE'RE GOING ON A BEAR HUNT by Michael Rosen . This activity is best for practicing their pronunciation, enunciation and to build their self confidence in using the target language .
